For minor problems which does not require complicated repairing procedures, we can arrange a mechanic to assist your client

Towing service arrangements

We do have contracts with many towing services in all cities of Turkey. So if the damage or breakdown of the vehicle needs to be repaired in a garage, we can promptly send a towing truck to the scene.

Monitoring of repair process

After the vehicle is towed the nearest authorized garage, we monitor the repairing process to avoid the waste of time and to reduce the expenses. We inform you about the extension of the damage, possible costs and necessary time to repair.

Dispatch of spare parts

If the garage or your client is unable to find a necessary spare part, we search and deliver to it to the client or to the garage.

Write-off the vehicle through customs

Upon your request, we can handle the write-off procedures through customs.
