Our alarm center is ready to answer all kinds of medical related questions of your clients and guide them.

Patient monitoring and daily updates of medical reports for in-patients

Our doctors daily follow up in-patients and report the situation to the insurance company. Our role is to be a third eye for the insurer if the patient is getting sufficient and appropriate treatment, avoiding non-necessary tests, making decision on a medical repatriation or referral to another hospital.

Dispatch of physician and/or medications in Turkey  for 7/24

By our network, we are able to dispatch a physician or a medication to the patient’s address directly, no matter where or when. Thus, the patient gets necessary care in the time and unnecessary admissions to the hospitals, where they can become in-patient easily, can be avoided.

Admission to the hospitals or clinics

In case of an in-patient treatment, we can arrange the admission to the state, private or university hospitals and clinics where your client can get the best medical care.

Guarantee of medical expenses

Upon your request, we can monitor and guarantee the medical expenses on your behalf.

Medical consultancy and advice on repatriation

In case of a repatriation request, our doctors discuss the patient’s medical condition with the insurance company and the medical team where the patient is being treated, so the best decision can be given for the best time of repatriation.

Nursing care service

We may provide permanent or continuous nursing care for the patients who are ill but no hospitalization is needed. By this service unnecessary hospitalization costs and possible hospital acquired infections can be avoided

Medical transports by ground ambulance

In all cities of Turkey, we do have contracts with the private ambulance companies. In case of an ambulance need, we arrange a fully equipped ambulance with a medical doctor.

Air ambulance organization for critically ill patients

For long distances and/or critically ill patients we can arrange an air ambulance with specialized medical team.

Nurse or doctor escorts on commercial flights

Our doctors and nurses accompany the patients who cannot travel without assistance or in need of medical care during flight.

Special arrangements for chronically ill or disabled patients

Oxygen delivery for COPD patients, wheelchair, dialysis center appointment and such special needs for patients who are mentally or physically disabled can be arranged.
